Here at Mississinewa Management, we love restoring communities. One of the ways we do this is by transforming neglected and decaying real estate into desireable locations to live and work. We believe that it not only reignites hope for the neighborhood, but it also instills dignity to community members. This philosophy is so central to who we are that we decided to move our central office to the first downtown building we remodeled.
In the summer of 2013 we embarked on another project located at 239 E Main Street in Gas City (which happens to be across the street from our office). While we are still finishing out the rest of the building, we remodeled the apartment pictured above with a new roof, plumbing, electrical, and replacement windows. We installed new kitchen cabinets and and appliances as well as all new fixtures in the bathroom as well. It has all the charm of an early 1900s building yet all the amenities of a new buidling. Best of all, the apartment is available to rent! Give us a call to inquire about pricing and setting up a showing. In the mean time, check out some before and after pictures below.
